Our Approach
We approach sustainability holistically — considering not just carbon emissions, but also material use, waste, ethical supply chains, and local impact.
Core Practices

Sustainable Sourcing: We recommend and prioritise suppliers who use recycled, low-impact, or sustainably certified materials (e.g. FSC-certified timber, biodegradable consumables).

Waste Reduction: We aim for minimal single-use items in our installations. Where possible, we promote reuse, rental, or recycling of set pieces and event materials.

Low-Carbon Travel: We encourage the use of public transport and low-emissions travel for site visits, and favour remote working where appropriate.

Energy Consciousness: We work with partners to select efficient AV and lighting systems and avoid over-specification of tech where unnecessary.

Local Impact: We support the use of local suppliers, freelance talent, and community resources to reduce transport emissions and contribute to local economies.
Offset & Advocacy
Where impact is unavoidable, we explore carbon offsetting, and we advocate for environmentally responsible choices in every client brief, tender, and pitch.
Continuous Improvement
This policy is revisited annually to track progress and explore new sustainable practices in event production and consultancy.
